Our no win/no fee terms remove the biggest cost risk for our clients, who can pursue planning applications for residential extensions, new build houses and all other kinds of planning permission, secure in the knowledge that we carry the risk and that they will pay our fee ONLY if we secure planning permission for them. How we do it....

HOME PLAN-IT Ltd provides a bespoke service to clients in West Sussex, centred on Barnham and extending out to Arundel, Littlehampton, Bognor Regis, Chichester and their outlying villages. We utilise the latest Information Technology (IT) hardware and software to produce clear, concise, accurate, and full colour scaled plans. Clients receive traditional A4 paper copies of all documents and A1 large format paper plans by surface mail, together with electronic copies by e-mail as PDF files.
