Design Ideas...

Where appropriate, we can advise on how the new building might best be designed to accommodate the aspirations and needs of the client or how the existing available structure might benefit from design alteration to realise its full potential.

By use of Full Plans submissions to secure local authority approvals, we ensure that our clients understand exactly what the work will involve and that contractors invited to tender for the work are able to do so against a detailed statement of requirement. 

Full Plans...

Our scaled plans are drawn using a sophisticated CAD (Computer Aided Design) program and printed in colour onto A1 (594 x 841 mm) paper. They include location, site and floor plans with the elevations and sections clearly detailed to show both the existing property and the proposed building work. Additionally, in order that clients fully understand the building techniques proposed under the Building Regulations application, exploded illustrations together with detailed notes are included on the plan.
