Selecting a Contractor... Part of our comprehensive service involves inviting 3 x separate contractors from our shortlist to tender quotes for the work detailed in the approved plans. Alternatively, we can send the quotes to 3 x client nominated contractors. The contractors send the quotes directly to the client, who can then select a successful candidate to undertake the work.
In
order to minimise any possibility of misunderstanding,
the successful
contractor can draw up a contract in plain English,
which sets out the agreed work in easy to understand terms. The contract
can
also offer both parties a route for making variations in the work to be done,
and agreeing any extra cost this will involve - the biggest potential area for
