Project Management... Direct representation of the client in dealing with the successful contractor, throughout the life of the construction work, is maintained through periodic on-site visits to inspect the general progress of the work. The contractor is issued with any variation or continuation of instructions received from the client and, if necessary, obviously unsatisfactory work is rejected. Regular reports are made to the client at specified intervals on matters of progress, or on any unforeseen circumstances on site, including any variations impacting upon budget or schedule. As key stages of the work are completed, separate certificates are provided to the client confirming satisfactory execution of the work, for the remittance of stage payments previously agreed between the client and the contractor.Key Benefits
