The planning application process is one of seemingly endless bureaucracy which occasionally results in a decision to refuse planning permission on grounds that are disputed by the applicant. We recognise that in these cases, applicants who are frequently exhausted through sheer frustration simply cannot face further commitments in either time or funding to engage in the appeal process. We are happy to consider undertaking appeals through the written representation process on behalf of clients on a NO WIN/NO FEE basis where we believe an appeal would meet with success. There are no up front costs and our fee, which is specified at the outset based on the complexity of the project, is only payable on confirmation from the Government Planning Inspectorate of the appeal being won. If we lose the appeal the client pays nothing. It really is as simple as that.
